5 Reasons Petite Sleepers Need to Pick Pillow Height Over Fluff, Every Time
Big, fluffy pillows are sized for big frames. If you are petite, a plump pillow tips your head up and you spend the night squashing it flat. Height, not fluff, is what makes a pillow fit, and Amity gives you a lower side to choose.
1. Fluffy Pillows Are Too Tall for Smaller Frames
If your pillow feels like a mountain, it is not your imagination. Plump pillows are sized for broad shoulders. On a smaller frame they tilt your head up, and you end up flattening them with your fist every night.
2. Narrow Shoulders Need Less Lift
On your side, the gap between your ear and the mattress is set by your shoulder. Narrower shoulders mean a smaller gap, and a smaller gap needs a lower pillow, not a fluffier one.
3. Amity Gives You a Lower Side
Amity has a lower 3.5-inch side and a higher 4.5-inch side. Flip it to the lower side and you get a shaped pillow without the mountain.
Try both sides on night one and keep the height that feels right. Switching takes two seconds.
Firmer 45D memory foam edges hold your neck and a softer 35D cradle holds your head, so a lower pillow still has real shape.
Shape and height, sized down, in one pillow.
4. A Cradle Keeps Your Head From Sliding
On a big, puffy pillow, your head rolls off the high spot.
Amity's central cradle gives your head a defined place to settle.
Raised edges rise to meet your neck, and the cradle keeps your head centered.
No flattening, no folding, no fighting the pillow.
Just height and shape that suit you.

5. One Pillow, Two Heights, Every Position
Start on your back on the lower side, roll to your side and flip to the higher side if you want more lift. One pillow covers both, so you never buy a second pillow just to get the height right.
