Changed your mind? We keep this simple.

Before your order ships

You can cancel free of charge at any time before your order ships. Email support@calmeden.com with your order number as soon as you can. Orders are sent to our warehouse quickly, so the sooner you tell us the better.

After your order ships

Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled, but every order comes with a 30-day risk-free trial. If you are not happy for any reason, tell us within 30 days of delivery and return it for a refund, opened or used. See our Refund Policy for how to return an item.

If you change your mind, return shipping is at your cost. If your item arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, we cover it.

Nothing in this policy affects the statutory rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
