Yes, if it has not shipped yet. Email support@calmeden.com within 24 hours of ordering and we will make the change. Once an order has shipped we cannot change it.

Yes. You can cancel free of charge at any time before your order ships. After it ships, the 30-day risk-free trial applies, so you can still return it.

Email us straight away with your order number. We can correct an address before the order ships. We cannot redirect a parcel that is already with the carrier.

Yes. Opened and used items are welcome, and you do not need the original packaging. Pillows and bedding are covered too.

If your item arrived damaged, faulty or wrong, we do. If you changed your mind, you cover the cost of sending it back. Please use a tracked service.
