Quality workmanship. Mine heat vibrate and stretch, but all at separate instances, nothing together i.e. cant heat and vibrate or heat and stretch of vibrate and stretch. You choose just 1 at a time. Takes a couple cycles to acclimate yourself to the traction but after a couple cycles it makes sense. The heat is perfect, vibrations have different cycles that are automatic. I love it
