Dialed in the height, neck pain gone
Every pillow was too high or too flat and my neck paid for it. Adding and removing fill let me set the exact height, and I wake up without pain now.

Adjusted it and the pain stopped
Started side sleeping and my neck hurt. Added more fill instead of buying a new pillow and the ache went away. Love that it adapts to you.

Frequently asked questions
How do I know how much fill to remove?
Remove a few handfuls, fluff it, lie on it. Neck still too high? Remove a bit more and repeat until it feels right. Most back sleepers remove about a third of the fill; side sleepers remove less. It takes 15 minutes, once.
I move between back and side sleeping — what do I do?
Start with about 70% of the fill and test for a few nights. Most combination sleepers find a medium height works for both positions, then fine-tune from there.
Will the foam get lumpy?
Fluff it daily — shake and knead for 30 seconds to keep the fill evenly distributed. With that habit, it stays consistent for 2–3 years.
How is this different from a regular pillow?
Every regular pillow is fixed at one height; if it's wrong for your body, you're stuck with it — and often with neck pain. The Shift™ lets you set the exact height that keeps your spine aligned. No guessing.
Is the foam safe?
The shredded fill is CertiPUR-US certified — tested for harmful chemicals, heavy metals, and formaldehyde. Air it out for 24–48 hours on arrival, as with any new foam product.
