No more lower-back ache side sleeping
It stops my top leg dropping forward so my lower back stays neutral. I don't wake up needing to stretch it out anymore.

Frequently asked questions
I sleep on my side. What does it do?
Two things happen when you lie on your side: your weight rests on the outer hip, and the top leg tends to drop forward and turn the pelvis. Selene™ deals with both. Knees kept apart spread the pressure, and the contour keeps the pelvis level. Use it every night; on a very firm mattress, a topper also helps the lower hip.
Does it adjust as my body changes?
Yes. The strap adjusts, so the fit can change with you, and the contour keeps the knees apart and the pelvis level. For more support along the body, many people pair it with a body pillow or the CalmEden Buoy™ leg wedge. If you are pregnant, ask your doctor or midwife about sleep positions.
The strap looks uncomfortable. Is the pillow usable without it?
Yes, though without the strap it is more likely to shift or fall out in the night, particularly if you change position a lot. The elastic stretches as you move and should not dig in; tighten it until it feels secure without squeezing. Most people stop noticing it after a few nights.
Do I need time to get used to it?
If a pillow between the knees feels unfamiliar, start with short spells of 30–60 minutes and build up from there. It is a comfort product; if you have a health condition, or it causes discomfort, stop and ask your doctor or physiotherapist.
Does it work if I sleep on my back or front?
It is made for side sleeping and does nothing useful on your back or front. If you change position in the night, leave the strap on and ignore the pillow while you are on your back. Back sleepers are better served by the CalmEden Buoy™ leg wedge.
