Frequently asked questions
Does it work for a side sleeper?
Yes. The 4.5" wings are high enough for side sleeping. The contour does most for the neck's curve when you lie on your back, so combination sleepers get both.
It does not look comfortable. Is it?
It feels different from an ordinary pillow: firmer and more structured. Most people adjust in 3–5 nights. The cradle is a softer foam, so the head is comfortable, and the wings are firm, so the neck is properly supported. Use it for a week before you judge it.
How long before I notice a difference?
Most people get used to the shape within 1–2 weeks of regular use. Allow 4–8 weeks before deciding whether it suits you, because a new sleeping position takes time to feel normal.
I have had a neck injury. Can I use it?
If you have had a neck injury, even one that is 4+ weeks old, ask your doctor before using a contoured pillow, and start with short sessions to see how your neck feels.
Does it change the shape of my neck?
No. It is a pillow that supports the neck's natural curve while you sleep, not a treatment. It is best judged after 2–3 months of nightly use, alongside attention to daytime posture and stretching. For any concern about your spine, see a doctor.
