Used to drape a microwavable pack over my neck and it never stayed put. This stays right where I put it and I can actually move around a little while it works. My neck feels looser every morning since I started using it.

The heat and stretch combo is great and it holds up well. Only reason for 4 stars is the strap runs a bit short on my end table setup, so I had to improvise where it anchors.
