First side-sleep since my piercing
Six weeks of forced back-sleeping after a cartilage piercing, then this arrived. Ear in the hole, head on the foam, out in minutes. Nothing touched, nothing snagged.

CNH finally let me sleep
My dermatologist suggested a donut pillow for chondrodermatitis. The pressure point is just gone — the sore spot hovers over the opening all night.

Sleep-listener approved
I fall asleep to audiobooks in one earbud. On my side, the bud used to dig in within the hour — now it sits in the opening and I wake up with the chapter finished, not my ear aching.

Frequently asked questions
How do I use it?
Lay it on top of your normal pillow with your ear over the centre opening. The foam ring takes your head's weight; your ear takes none of it.
Will my ear really not touch anything?
The opening is 9 cm across and the ring is 6 cm deep — room for the whole ear, piercings and earbuds included, with clearance to spare.
Is it comfortable for all-night use?
Yes — the foam is firm enough to hold the opening open under a resting head, with a soft knit surface against your cheek.
Does it help with CNH and earaches?
It removes pressure from the ear, which is what chondrodermatitis and earache sufferers most need at night. For diagnosis and treatment, always follow your doctor's advice.
Can I travel with it?
At 25 cm across and under 200 g it slips flat into a carry-on — hotel pillows become usable again.
How do I wash it?
Unzip the cover, take the foam out, machine-wash the cover cool and air-dry. The foam itself stays out of the wash.
